Trusted Travel Partners provides travel planning and consultation services including:
All travel bookings require a signed service agreement and initial payment. Final payment is due 30 days before travel departure date unless otherwise specified.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners.
Service fees are non-refundable and clearly outlined in your service agreement. Third-party cancellation policies apply to all travel components.
If travel suppliers cancel services, we will work diligently to find suitable alternatives or provide full refunds per supplier policies.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of initial booking to ensure maximum coverage.
Trusted Travel Partners acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not liable for services provided by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, or transportation providers.
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, terrorism, civil unrest, or government regulations.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

All custom itineraries, recommendations, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Trusted Travel Partners and are for the exclusive use of the contracting client.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney fees and costs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
